   "* Sec. 49.  The unexpended and unobligated balance, not to               
exceed $50,000, of the appropriation made in sec. 42, ch. 3, FSSLA             
1994, page 48, line 10, and allocated on line 18 (Legal services -             
$1,700,000) is reappropriated to the Department of Administration for          
payment as a grant under AS37.05.315 to the City of Delta Junction             
for an economic development plan to mitigate the effects of the                
1995 Base Realignment and Closure Commission recommendations."
